They share their home with 3 rescued cats. Cindy loves skiing, scuba, rollerblading, gardening, the Maryland Terrapins & opera. She has a passion for old homes and recently sold the 1882 farmhouse she restored in 1999 in order to have a shorter commute (image that!!!).  Cindy holds a Brokers license in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.

Active in the REALTOR community, Cindy currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS.  She is a Past President of the MD/DC Chapter of Certified Residential .

Cindy believes that the key to success is being an avid listener.  The answer to a client's needs is always found in the questions asked.  It's more important to know "why" rather than "what" when discussing a client's objections.  Taking the extra time to conduct an in-depth interview at the start saves time and frustration for clients.  That's why the majority of her business is repeat and referral.
